Shareholders

Upload up to 50 shareholder records per request, scoped to one eventId. Each record carries holdings, contact info, and voting preference.

Tips​

  • Either email or address is required on every record. The request fails validation if both are missing.
  • preferredVoting is required. Omit it and the whole batch rejects.
  • noboObo defaults to obo if you don't send it. Send it explicitly if you can — it controls how issuers communicate with the holder.
  • CUSIP is exactly 9 uppercase alphanumerics. The validator is strict.
  • Hard deadline. After the shareholder reporting deadline you'll get 403. Submit on the evening of the record date.
